1. Chi gestisce Radio Index

Radio Index (radio.indexhub.it) è un progetto personale di Nicola Sabaini, che ne è l'autore, il gestore e il titolare del trattamento dei dati. Contatto unico per ogni richiesta, anche legale e privacy: indecentix@gmail.com.

L'ascolto è gratuito e non richiede registrazione.

2. Contenuti creati con l'intelligenza artificiale

Per trasparenza:

la musica trasmessa è composta dall'autore con l'ausilio di strumenti di intelligenza artificiale generativa;
le voci dei conduttori virtuali e gli annunci sono voci sintetiche generate con intelligenza artificiale, non registrazioni di persone reali;
la scaletta e il mixaggio sono decisi di norma in automatico da un software, con possibili interventi manuali dell'autore;
i conduttori e gli artisti in rotazione, con nomi, immagini e biografie, sono personaggi virtuali creati per il progetto, con biografie scritte in prima persona come racconto dei personaggi. Fanno eccezione i progetti musicali dell'autore stesso.

Ogni riferimento a persone, artisti, marchi o fatti reali è puramente casuale. Se ritieni che un nome, un'immagine o un contenuto richiami te o un tuo diritto, scrivici: lo verifichiamo e, se fondato, lo modifichiamo o rimuoviamo (vedi punto 5).

3. Diritti sui contenuti

Brani, testi, voci, grafiche, codice e marchio "Radio Index" sono realizzati dall'autore, che ne detiene i diritti di utilizzo, anche commerciale, secondo le licenze degli strumenti impiegati per produrli. Nessun brano trasmesso proviene da repertori di terzi. Restano dei rispettivi titolari i componenti open source (per esempio caratteri tipografici e librerie), usati secondo le loro licenze.

Senza autorizzazione scritta è vietato copiare, registrare per ridistribuire, ritrasmettere o rivendere lo stream o i singoli contenuti. L'autore riserva espressamente l'estrazione di testo e dati, compreso l'addestramento di modelli di intelligenza artificiale, ai sensi dell'art. 70-quater della legge 633/1941 e dell'art. 4 della Direttiva UE 2019/790. Restano liberi l'ascolto personale e le utilizzazioni consentite dalla legge, per esempio citazione e critica.

4. Uso consentito di player incorporabile, RSS e API

Il player incorporabile (Embed), il feed RSS e l'endpoint pubblico /api/now-playing possono essere usati gratuitamente su altri siti e app, lasciando visibile il nome "Radio Index" e il collegamento a radio.indexhub.it.
Non è consentito presentare lo stream come proprio, alterarlo, inserirvi pubblicità o ritrasmetterlo da altri server.
L'accesso può essere limitato o revocato in caso di uso abusivo o di carico eccessivo sul server.

5. Segnalazioni e rimozione dei contenuti

Chi ritiene che un contenuto violi un proprio diritto (d'autore, al nome, all'immagine o altro) può scrivere a indecentix@gmail.com indicando chi è, il contenuto contestato (titolo, orario di messa in onda o indirizzo della pagina) e il diritto che ritiene leso. Le segnalazioni fondate vengono gestite senza ritardo, anche sospendendo il contenuto in attesa della verifica.

6. Disponibilità del servizio e responsabilità

Radio Index è offerta gratuitamente, così com'è e senza garanzie di alcun tipo. Possono verificarsi interruzioni, silenzi, errori nei titoli o nei dati mostrati, e il servizio può cambiare o chiudere in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso. L'uso del servizio e dei suoi contenuti avviene sotto la responsabilità di chi lo utilizza. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, l'autore non risponde di danni derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare il servizio. Restano ferme la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave e i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori, che nessuna di queste note intende limitare.

I collegamenti verso siti esterni sono forniti per comodità; i loro contenuti e le loro regole privacy dipendono dai rispettivi gestori.

7. Informativa privacy (art. 13 GDPR)

Titolare: Nicola Sabaini, indecentix@gmail.com. Per ascoltare non servono nome, email, account né dati di pagamento. Il server si trova in Italia (Milano), nell'Unione europea, presso un fornitore di infrastruttura cloud che agisce come responsabile del trattamento.

Il paese è ricavato con un database installato sul server, senza inviare l'IP a servizi esterni. I dati non sono venduti, ceduti né usati per profilazione pubblicitaria e non ci sono decisioni automatizzate che producano effetti su di te. I dati tecnici sono necessari per ricevere il sito e lo stream.

I dati di ascolto restano nell'Unione europea. La casella email è gestita da un fornitore di posta elettronica che può trattare i messaggi anche fuori dall'Unione europea, con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (decisione di adeguatezza o clausole contrattuali tipo).

Cookie

Le pagine pubbliche non usano cookie né strumenti di analisi di terze parti e non caricano risorse da altri domini. Usano solo la memoria locale del browser per gli scopi tecnici indicati sopra: per questo non è mostrato un banner cookie.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione od opporti al trattamento (artt. 15-22 GDPR) scrivendo all'indirizzo sopra. Poiché l'IP non è conservato in chiaro, per trovare i tuoi dati potremmo chiederti l'indirizzo IP e l'orario di ascolto. Puoi anche proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Il servizio non è rivolto in modo specifico ai minori di 14 anni e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati identificativi che li riguardino.

8. Legge applicabile

Queste note sono regolate dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza o domicilio previsto dalla legge. Il testo italiano prevale sulle traduzioni.

1. Who runs Radio Index

Radio Index (radio.indexhub.it) is a personal project by Nicola Sabaini, its author, operator and data controller. Single contact for any request, including legal and privacy: indecentix@gmail.com.

Listening is free and requires no sign-up.

2. Content created with artificial intelligence

For transparency:

the music on air is composed by the author with the help of generative AI tools;
the voices of the virtual hosts and the announcements are synthetic voices generated with AI, not recordings of real people;
the playlist and mixing are normally decided automatically by software, with possible manual input from the author;
the hosts and the artists in rotation, with their names, images and biographies, are virtual characters created for the project, with biographies written in the first person as the characters' own story. The author's own music projects are the exception.

Any resemblance to real persons, artists, brands or events is purely coincidental. If you believe a name, image or piece of content refers to you or infringes your rights, write to us: we will check it and, if the claim is well founded, change or remove it (see section 5).

3. Rights in the content

Tracks, lyrics, voices, graphics, code and the "Radio Index" name are made by the author, who holds the rights to use them, including commercially, under the licences of the tools used to produce them. No track on air comes from third-party catalogues. Open source components (such as typefaces and libraries) belong to their respective owners and are used under their licences.

Without written permission you may not copy, record for redistribution, rebroadcast or resell the stream or individual pieces of content. The author expressly reserves text and data mining, including the training of AI models, under Article 70-quater of Italian Law 633/1941 and Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790. Personal listening and any use permitted by law, such as quotation and criticism, remain free.

4. Permitted use of the embeddable player, RSS and API

The embeddable player, the RSS feed and the public /api/now-playing endpoint may be used free of charge on other sites and apps, keeping the "Radio Index" name and a link to radio.indexhub.it visible.
You may not present the stream as your own, alter it, insert advertising into it or relay it from other servers.
Access may be limited or revoked in case of abuse or excessive load on the server.

5. Notices and takedown

If you believe some content infringes your rights (copyright, name, image or other), write to indecentix@gmail.com stating who you are, the content concerned (title, air time or page address) and the right you believe is infringed. Well-founded notices are handled without delay, including by suspending the content while we check.

6. Availability and liability

Radio Index is provided free of charge, as is and without warranties of any kind. Interruptions, silence, errors in titles or displayed data may occur, and the service may change or close at any time without notice. Use of the service and its content is at the user's own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their content and privacy rules are the responsibility of their operators.

7. Privacy notice (Art. 13 GDPR)

Controller: Nicola Sabaini, indecentix@gmail.com. Listening requires no name, email, account or payment data. The server is located in Italy (Milan), within the European Union, with a cloud infrastructure provider acting as processor.

The country is derived with a database installed on the server, without sending the IP to external services. Data is not sold, shared or used for advertising profiling, and there is no automated decision-making producing effects on you. Technical data is necessary to receive the site and stream.

Listening data stays in the European Union. The mailbox is run by an email provider that may process messages outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

The public pages use no cookies and no third-party analytics, and load no resources from other domains. They only use the browser's local storage for the technical purposes listed above, which is why no cookie banner is shown.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the address above. Since the IP is not stored in plain form, we may ask for your IP address and listening time to find your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of your country.

The service is not specifically aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect identifying data about them.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the right to the court of their place of residence where the law provides for it. The Italian text prevails over translations.
